5e Companion App

1. Download and open the 5e Companion App, then choose Player or DM tools from the home screen. 2. Sign in to enable cloud sync or continue as guest, and set preferences like units, content sources, and dice style. 3. Create or import a character by selecting race, class, background, and equipment; the app auto calculates abilities, proficiency, spell slots, and saves. 4. During play, open Session Tools to roll dice, track HP and conditions, manage spell slots, and run initiative and encounters; use quick search to find rules and spells offline. 5. Add advanced content by creating homebrew items, monsters, and spells, organize campaign notes and inventories, share characters with your group, or export sheets to PDF.
