How to use:
1. Download and install AccelYzx, then open the app.
2. Sign up, select your sport and goals, and grant motion and location permissions.
3. Calibrate once, secure your phone in a pocket or armband, and choose a drill or a free session.
4. Tap Start to record, follow on-screen cues, and monitor live acceleration, speed, cadence, and impact.
5. Stop to save and review detailed reports, compare sets, add notes, and export or share results. For advanced use, create custom drills, set rep targets, connect a heart rate sensor, and enable cloud sync.
