4. Tap Start to run a session and follow the buzz prompts to move, rest, or switch intervals as scheduled.
5. Open the Progress section to view completed reminders, daily streaks, and time active, then adjust goals or schedules as needed.
6. Explore advanced options such as HIIT style interval sets, quiet hours, and quick start presets for faster sessions.
