The app will match you with the nearest available taxi, and you’ll receive the driver’s details, including their name, vehicle type, and license plate number. Track Your Ride: bitaksi provides real-time ride tracking, so you can monitor the status of your taxi and see when it is approaching your location. You’ll receive notifications when the driver is nearby and ready to pick you up. Get In Your Taxi: Once the taxi arrives, verify the driver’s details and vehicle information before getting in to ensure it matches the ride you booked. After confirming the details, get into the car and enjoy your ride. Payment: bitaksi offers a secure payment system, and you can choose between cash or credit/debit card payments for your ride. You’ll receive the final fare at the end of your trip, and the payment will be processed accordingly. Rate Your Ride: After the ride is completed, you can rate the driver based on your experience. This helps maintain driver quality and ensures that other passengers are aware of the service. You can also leave a review to provide feedback on the ride quality, which helps improve future trips. Track Ride History: You can review your past ride history through the app. This includes details such as pickup locations, destination addresses, and payment receipts.
