Start a training session, take practice swings, and let the app record metrics such as bat speed, attack angle, and time to contact while saving video clips. 4. Review instant feedback and metric overlays, compare swings side by side, and bookmark key reps to understand what to adjust. 5. Follow recommended drills and targets based on your results, track progress over time on dashboards, and sync sessions to the cloud. 6. Invite a coach or teammates to review sessions, share reports, and manage team training from a centralized roster if needed.
