1. Download the app and choose Runner or Spectator, then enable notifications and location to unlock GPS and alerts. 2. Sign in or continue as guest. Runners set a goal time and optionally connect a wearable. Spectators add runners by name or bib number. 3. Open the Race Info hub to view the course map, hydration and toilet points, expo and bib pickup details, start corrals, and transport guidance. 4. Train and prepare using the adaptive plan, schedule workouts, and use the pace calculator to set realistic splits and race strategy. 5. On race day start live tracking, share your tracking link or code, receive split and pace updates, and after finishing review official results, photos, and recovery tips.
