1. Download the app and sign up with email or Apple or Google, choose your sports and allow location access. 2. Set your preferences and connect Apple Health or Google Fit if you want activity tracking. 3. Open the map to find nearby courts, filter by crowd level, skill level, and amenities, then tap a court to view details. 4. Check in to share real-time occupancy, start a session, or create a pickup game; invite friends or allow open joins; book a timeslot if the venue supports reservations. 5. Track your play and sync your workout, rate the court, follow players you enjoyed playing with, and enable notifications for low-crowd times and game invites.
