How to use:
Install the App: Download DailyLife - My Diary, Journal from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Set Up Your Profile: Open the app and create your journal profile. You can customize your app settings, including themes, fonts, and password protection for privacy.
Write Daily Entries: Tap the “Add Entry” button to start writing your journal entry. You can record your thoughts, describe your day, or reflect on your feelings.
Track Your Mood: Each entry allows you to select a mood (happy, sad, stressed, etc.), helping you track your emotional well-being over time.
Add Photos or Media: Enhance your entries by adding photos, videos, or voice notes. Capture special moments or add extra context to your written reflections.
Tag Your Entries: Use tags to organize your entries. For example, tag entries with words like “vacation,” “work,” or “health” to easily find related notes later.
Set Reminders: Set daily or weekly reminders to encourage you to write in your journal. This helps you establish a journaling routine and ensures you don’t forget to capture your thoughts.
Review Your Entries: Browse through your entries in calendar view to reflect on past memories, see how your mood has changed over time, or track the progress of your personal goals.
