How to use:
1. Download and install District Direct, then open the app to get started.
2. Sign up with your email or continue as a guest, grant health permissions, and optionally connect Apple Health, Google Fit, or your wearable.
3. Set your goals for steps, workouts, hydration, sleep, or weight, and choose a starter plan or customize your own.
4. Log your day by starting a workout timer or adding runs, strength sets, yoga, meals, water, and sleep in a few taps.
5. Review daily and weekly insights to track progress, adjust goals, enable smart reminders, and maintain habit streaks.
