Record sessions with time markers and notes, then export reports as PDF or CSV along with heart rate and R R interval data for simple HRV insights. Built for reliable Polar H10 integration, it offers a clean, low latency experience and privacy friendly local storage with easy sharing when needed. This app is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.
How to use:
1. Download and open the app, then allow Bluetooth permissions when prompted.
2. Wear and activate the Polar H10 chest strap, then tap Connect and select your H10 from the device list.
3. Tap Start to view the live ECG waveform; adjust speed, gain, and filter settings for a clearer signal.
4. Tap Record to save a session; add markers or notes as needed, then tap Stop to finish.
5. Open the session library to review data and export PDF or CSV reports to Files, email, or your preferred analysis tool.
6. Explore advanced options such as grid style and display units to match your workflow.
