Eventum Attendance

1. Download and install Eventum Attendance, then sign up with your work email and create your organization. 2. Add team members or upload a list, assign roles and permissions, and set your default time zone. 3. Create an event or shift, choose a check-in method such as QR code or manual entry, and set time windows. 4. Share the QR code or invite link with attendees or staff so they can check in and out quickly on site. 5. Monitor live attendance on the dashboard, review logs, and export CSV or Excel reports for HR and compliance; enable notifications or approvals as needed.
