Search for Ferry Routes: Enter your departure port and destination port to begin searching for ferry routes. You’ll also need to input your travel dates to see the available ferries for your journey. The app will display a list of available ferry routes from your departure port to the destination, including the departure times and prices. Filter and Compare Ferry Options: Ferryhopper allows you to filter results based on your preferences, such as the type of ferry (e.g., fast ferry or conventional ferry), available seats (e.g., standard or VIP), or specific ferry companies. You can compare multiple ferry routes to find the best option based on time, price, and convenience. This allows you to make informed decisions based on your travel schedule and budget. Select Your Ferry and Travel Class: After reviewing the available ferry options, select the ferry that fits your schedule and preferences. You’ll be able to choose the travel class you want, such as economy class or business class, depending on availability. Some ferries may offer additional services, such as air-conditioned cabins, private seating areas, or access to onboard restaurants. Enter Passenger Details: After selecting your ferry, enter the details for each passenger, such as their full name, nationality, and any special requests (e.g., wheelchair access or additional luggage). Track Ferry Schedules and Real-Time Updates: Ferryhopper provides real-time updates on ferry schedules, including any changes or delays. If there are issues with your ferry, such as cancellations or unexpected delays, the app will notify you with updates so you can adjust your plans accordingly. You can also view the status of your ferry to ensure timely departure. Manage Your Booking: From the “My Bookings” section of the app, you can view all your ferry reservations, make changes, or cancel bookings if necessary (depending on the ferry company’s cancellation policy). You can also select additional services, such as booking luggage or selecting preferred seating, directly through the app. Explore and Discover New Destinations: Ferryhopper makes it easy to explore new destinations by offering a list of popular islands and regions in Greece and the Mediterranean. You can check out recommended ferry routes, learn about nearby attractions, and get inspiration for your next trip. The app often features special deals for specific routes or destinations, so be sure to keep an eye out for any promotions or discounts. Use the App Offline: Once you’ve booked your ferry tickets, you can access your ticket and booking details even without an internet connection. This is especially helpful when traveling in areas with limited connectivity.
