Browse Available Cars: Once logged in, you can browse the vehicles available in your area. Free2Move offers a variety of car types, including: Electric Vehicles (EVs) for eco-friendly driving. Standard sedans for everyday use. SUVs for more space or adventure trips. Use the search bar or filters to find vehicles based on your preferred car type, price, or features like fuel efficiency or automatic transmission. Select Your Rental: Once you’ve found the car you want to rent, tap on it to see more details such as the vehicle’s location, availability, and pricing. You can choose the rental duration: hourly, daily, or even longer if needed. Review Pricing and Rental Terms: Free2Move shows you a breakdown of the total cost, including any applicable fees, insurance options, and fuel costs. Review the terms and conditions, including age requirements, insurance policies, and additional charges. Reserve Your Vehicle: Once you’ve reviewed the rental details, you can proceed with the reservation. Select your pickup time and location, and confirm the vehicle availability. Some vehicles may offer instant booking, while others may require confirmation from Free2Move before proceeding. Unlock the Car with the App: When it's time to pick up your vehicle, head to the pickup location. Free2Move allows you to unlock the car directly from the app—no keys needed. The app will provide instructions on how to find and access the vehicle. Start Your Rental: After unlocking the car, you can start your journey. Use the app to track your rental time, and follow Free2Move’s guidelines for the car’s use, including fueling, charging (for EVs), and return instructions. Drive and Enjoy: Use the vehicle as needed. Free2Move also offers 24/7 customer support if you encounter any issues or need assistance during your rental. Return the Vehicle: At the end of your rental period, return the vehicle to the designated drop-off location. Make sure the car is in the same condition as when you picked it up, including fueling or recharging the car if required. Lock the car using the app, and ensure you remove all personal belongings. Track Your Rental and Payments: After the rental, you can track your payments, view the receipt, and check any additional charges (if applicable) in the app. Free2Move will also send you a summary of your rental, including the total cost, mileage, and any other relevant information.
