Sign in with the email or phone your gym has on file, or create an account and link it to your gym when prompted. 3. Complete your profile, set preferences, and add a payment method if required by your club. Enable your digital membership card for quick mobile check in. 4. Open the Schedule to browse classes and sessions, then tap a time to book, join a waitlist, or cancel a reservation when plans change. 5. Track your visits and basic workout progress, manage membership options and payments, and turn on reminders to stay consistent with your fitness goals.
