1. Download the app and create or sign in to a sync account to securely back up your data. 2. Set your currency, add spending categories, and define monthly budget limits. 3. Add expenses and income by entering the amount, choosing a category, selecting the date, and saving. 4. Enable Sync to keep your budgets and transactions updated across all your devices. 5. Open Reports to review charts and trends, then adjust categories or budget limits to stay on track.
