Download & Set Up: Start by downloading Humango from the App Store or Google Play. After installation, create an account using your email or log in via a social media profile.
Set Your Goals: Upon first use, you will be prompted to set your fitness goals (e.g., muscle gain, fat loss, endurance improvement). The app will use this information to create a personalized workout plan tailored to your goals and fitness level.
Complete Your Fitness Profile: Enter details about your current fitness level, any injuries or limitations, and your preferred workout type (e.g., strength training, cardio, flexibility). This will help the AI system create the most effective and safe training plan for you.
Start Your Workout Plan: Once your profile is set up, Humango will generate a customized workout schedule for you. The app will provide daily or weekly workout routines, with exercises, sets, reps, and rest intervals. Follow the video instructions and track your performance as you go.
Track Progress & Adapt: As you complete workouts, Humango’s AI will analyze your performance and adjust your plan accordingly. If you progress faster than expected, the app will introduce more challenging exercises. If you need more time, it will adjust your plan to ensure you're progressing safely and effectively.
Review & Adjust Nutrition: Humango provides nutrition recommendations based on your fitness goals. You can access meal plans, track your food intake, and adjust your diet to support your workout routine.
Monitor & Stay Motivated: The app tracks your workouts, progress, and improvements over time, offering motivational insights and suggestions to keep you engaged. You can also set reminders to ensure consistency and stay accountable to your goals.
