JACCS App User Guide Welcome to the JACCS official app, your secure and convenient tool for managing your JACCS card and account. Getting Started Download the App: Visit the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “JACCS.” Tap “Install” to download and install the app on your device. Log In or Register: Open the app and log in using your JACCS card credentials. If you are a new user, follow the prompts to register by providing your card information and creating a secure password. You may be prompted to set up biometric authentication (face or fingerprint recognition) or a passcode for added security. Using the App Home Screen Overview: After logging in, you’ll be directed to the home screen, where you can view important account information at a glance: Billed Amounts: See the billed amount for each of your registered cards as well as the total billed amount. Deposits and Points: Check your current deposit amount and the number of lovely points you have accumulated. View and Manage Billing Information: Tap on the “Billing” section to view detailed billing information for each of your cards. You can also switch to revolving payment if needed. Follow the prompts to adjust your payment plan according to your preferences. Track Deposits and Points: In the “Deposits and Points” section, you can: View your deposit history and current balances. Check your lovely points, including the history of points earned and the expiration dates of your points. This feature helps you stay on top of your rewards and make the most of your JACCS card benefits. Stay Updated with Campaigns: Access the “Campaign Information” section to view the latest promotional campaigns and special offers available to JACCS cardholders. Take advantage of these campaigns to maximize your benefits and savings. Security Features Enable Biometric Authentication: For enhanced security, enable biometric authentication (face or fingerprint recognition) under the “Security” settings.
