How to use:
1. Download Lamakoo and sign up with email, Apple, or Google, then select your sports, favorite teams, and training goals.
2. Enable location and notifications, and optionally connect a wearable to capture heart rate and advanced metrics.
3. To track a workout, tap Track, choose a sport, and press Start to monitor pace, distance, and splits in real time.
4. To follow live games, add leagues and teams, then set alert preferences to receive instant score and news updates.
5. Open Insights after each session to review trends, follow your AI training plan, adjust goals, and join community challenges.
