How to use:
1. Download the app and sign up using email or SSO, then enable location and camera permissions. Set your currency and reimbursement rate or use the IRS standard.
2. Turn on Auto-Track to detect drives automatically. After each trip, swipe to mark Business or Personal, then add purpose, client, vehicle, tolls, or parking if needed.
3. Tap Add Expense to snap a receipt. Let OCR fill in amount, date, and merchant, then assign a category, project, or cost center.
4. Open Reports, choose a date range and policy, and generate IRS-compliant mileage logs and expense summaries. Export to PDF or CSV and share via email or submit to accounting.
5. Connect QuickBooks or Xero to sync categories and push transactions. Create auto-categorization rules, set team approvals and limits, invite members, and track performance from the dashboard.
