Singpass is a secure digital identity app that lets you access government and partner services, authorize transactions, and manage official documents with ease. Use biometric or QR logins for fast, two-factor authenticated access that reduces passwords and boosts productivity. Store and present verifiable digital documents such as IDs and certificates, with privacy-first controls. Built for everyday utilities, it centralizes secure login, identity verification, and digital signing to simplify e-government and business tasks.
How to use:
1. Download and install Singpass from your app store.
2. Open the app, register or sign in with your mobile number, complete identity verification, set a passcode, and enable biometric login.
3. Turn on two-factor authentication so you can receive OTPs or use biometrics to approve logins and transactions.
4. Log in to websites by scanning the Singpass QR code or choose Singpass in supported apps, then approve the request in the app.
5. View your Digital IC and documents in the app, and present them for verification using QR when requested. Manage permissions, review activity, and use Sign with Singpass to e-sign documents where supported.
