### **How to Use the SumUp: Payments and POS App**
The SumUp app is an all-in-one business management tool that helps you streamline payments, manage your product catalog, and track sales. Follow these steps to get started:
#### **1. Download and Install the SumUp App**
First, download and install the SumUp app on your smartphone or tablet. It’s available for both iOS and Android devices.
#### **2. Sign Up or Log In to Your SumUp Account**
Open the app and log in using your SumUp account. If you’re a new user, you can easily create a new account by following the in-app instructions.
#### **3. Set Up Your Product Catalog**
- **Add Items:** Go to the “Items” section, click on “Add Item,” and enter the item name, price, and description. You can also upload images to make your catalog more visually appealing.
- **Edit or Delete Items:** If you need to update information, simply click on the item to edit or delete it.
#### **4. Accept Payments**
- **In-Person Payments:** Connect your SumUp payment terminal to the app, select the item or enter the amount, and let your customer pay using their card or smartphone.
- **Send Invoices:** Activate the invoicing feature in the app, fill in the necessary details, and send the invoice to your customer. They can pay securely online through the link in the invoice.
- **Payment Links:** Select the “Payment Links” option, enter the amount, and generate a link. Share the link via SMS, email, or social media, and your customer can complete the payment online.
- **QR Code Payments:** Generate a QR code and show it to your customer. They can scan the code to pay instantly. You can also order QR code stickers or displays to place around your business for faster payments.

Open a free SumUp Business Account through the app to manage your finances in one secure space. With no monthly fees or hidden costs, you can track your spending and use your SumUp Mastercard for business expenses.
