For Drivers: Download the Taxsee Driver App: Start by downloading the Taxsee Driver app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Alternatively, you can access the app via the Taxsee website if you prefer to use it on your desktop. Create an Account or Log In: If you're new to Taxsee, sign up by entering your email address, creating a password, and providing necessary details like your vehicle information and driver credentials. If you already have an account, simply log in with your email and password. Set Up Your Profile: Complete your driver profile by entering required information such as vehicle details, license number, and insurance information. Ensure that your vehicle is registered and that it meets the Taxsee standards for ride-hailing services. Turn On the App and Get Ready for Rides: Once your profile is set up, you can turn on the app to start receiving ride requests. The app will show your availability, and you can toggle between online and offline modes based on your preferences. Accept a Ride: When you receive a ride request, you’ll be notified with the pickup location, destination, and estimated fare. Tap Accept to confirm the ride, or Reject if you're unable to take it. Navigate to the Pickup Location: The app provides you with turn-by-turn navigation to the passenger’s pickup location. It helps you find the quickest route and avoid traffic. Taxsee Driver may also offer route suggestions based on real-time traffic data to help you navigate efficiently. Pick Up the Passenger: Once you reach the pickup location, make sure to verify the passenger’s name and confirm their destination. You can use the in-app chat or call feature to clarify any questions or directions if needed. Drive the Passenger to Their Destination: Follow the app’s navigation to transport the passenger to their destination. The app will update in real-time to ensure you’re following the best route. Keep the ride smooth, polite, and professional to maintain high customer ratings. Complete the Ride and Earn: After dropping off the passenger, the ride is completed. Taxsee Driver will calculate your earnings based on the distance, time, and fare structure. The app automatically processes the payment and credits your account. Track Your Earnings: The app provides a detailed breakdown of your daily, weekly, or monthly earnings. You can track how much you’ve made from each ride and see your payment history. Use this information to assess your performance and optimize your driving schedule. Rate the Passenger: After the ride is complete, you can rate the passenger and provide feedback on the experience. This helps the Taxsee platform improve service quality and ensures good behavior from passengers. Review and Manage Your Performance: The app offers performance metrics like ratings, ride acceptance rate, and cancellation rate. Maintain good scores to unlock bonuses or better ride offers. Manage Your Account and Settings: In the app, you can adjust settings such as your notification preferences, payment methods, and vehicle information. You can also update your driver profile or change your availability settings.
