For Couriers: Download the Wolt Courier Partner App: Start by downloading the Wolt Courier Partner app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You can also sign up and log in via the Wolt Courier Partner website. Create an Account or Log In: If you are a new courier, sign up by entering your email address, phone number, and other relevant details. If you already have an account, simply log in using your credentials to access your delivery history, earnings, and notifications. Set Up Your Profile: Complete your profile setup, including uploading your driver’s license (for vehicle couriers) and any other required documents for verification. You can also set your preferred payment method for receiving your earnings. Browse Available Delivery Shifts: Once your account is set up, you can browse available shifts in your area. The app allows you to view delivery routes, earnings potential, and delivery availability. You can choose shifts based on your availability and the demand in your area. Accept a Delivery Request: When a delivery request comes in, the app will notify you. You can choose to accept or decline the delivery based on your availability and location. Follow the Route: Once you have the order, the app will provide you with the optimized route to the customer’s delivery address. You can also track your location and traffic conditions in real-time, ensuring the fastest route. Deliver the Order: After following the route, drop off the order at the customer’s location. Be sure to follow any specific delivery instructions provided by the customer, and ensure a contactless delivery if necessary. Confirm Delivery: Once the delivery is complete, confirm delivery in the app. You may need to take a photo of the delivery location or receive a customer signature, depending on the settings. The app will update your delivery status and show you the completed delivery. Track Your Earnings: The app provides real-time tracking of your earnings for each delivery. You can view a breakdown of your total earnings, including tips, base pay, and delivery bonuses. The app also allows you to view your weekly or monthly earnings and track any special promotions or rewards. Manage Your Availability: You can set your working hours or availability preferences within the app. This ensures that you’re notified only when shifts align with your schedule. Receive Payments: After completing your shifts, Wolt Courier Partner processes your earnings and deposits them into your linked bank account or payment platform.
