1. Download and install X-GPS Monitor, then open the app on your device. 2. Sign in with your company account or create a new profile, following the prompts to verify your email or phone. 3. Add vehicles, assets, or team units by linking existing GPS devices from your provider or selecting from the available list in the app. 4. View the live map to monitor locations and statuses; tap a unit for details such as last update, speed, and recent trips. 5. Create geofences and enable notifications to receive alerts for arrivals, departures, idling, or other events, then review trip history and export reports as needed.
