1. Download the app and sign up with email or Apple/Google, then create your profile and username. 2. Set your home gym, grading system, and skill level to personalize recommendations and leaderboards. 3. Log a climb by starting a session, selecting location, choosing grade, and recording attempts, sends, notes, and photos or videos. 4. Join or create a challenge by setting goals and duration, invite friends, and track your position on the live leaderboard. 5. Connect with the community by following climbers, sharing beta, commenting on posts, and reviewing your stats to adjust goals and training focus.
