1. Download and open the app, then allow camera and photo library permissions. 2. Set up a bright backlight or the KODAK Mobile Film Scanner kit, and place your 35 mm negative or slide on the light source. 3. Select the film type (color negative, black and white, or slide) and align the image within the on-screen guides. 4. Tap to capture; the app auto inverts negatives and detects edges. Fine-tune crop, rotation, exposure, and color. 5. Save to your gallery, organize in albums, and share or back up your scans as needed.
