OneTouch Reveal is a diabetes management app that helps you track, understand, and share your blood glucose data. Connect compatible OneTouch blood glucose meters via Bluetooth for automatic syncing and clear visual trends. See time-in-range, identify patterns with smart notifications, and use simple charts to understand highs and lows. Log meals, insulin, medications, activity, and notes to add context to each reading. Create and share easy-to-read reports with your healthcare provider to support better conversations. Designed for convenient, secure health monitoring on your phone, ideal for daily diabetes management and long-term tracking.
How to use:
1. Download and install the OneTouch Reveal app, then create or sign in to your OneTouch account.
2. Pair your compatible OneTouch meter via Bluetooth by following the in-app prompts.
3. Take glucose readings with your meter; the app will sync automatically, or tap Add to manually log glucose, meals, medications, and activity.
4. Open the Dashboard to review time-in-range, trends, and pattern alerts, and tap any card for detailed charts and insights.
5. Set targets and reminders, then export or share reports with your healthcare provider ahead of checkups.
